Losing weight is a terrible thing. It requires willpower, always reminding ourselves that we need to do things contrary to what our body wants us to do. Just like a little itch you cannot reach, hunger grows on us every second, every minute, every hour until we give in.
So weight loss seems to be something challenging. And to some people, it might almost be, or rather, it is impossible. The more we try to abstain ourselves from eating, the more weight we seem to put incur.
So how do some of us lose weight successfully? Well, I guess through much hardship and suffering I suppose.
